The guest of Poggio Pistolese can savour

soup and the Ribollita (Bean
soup).
With much passion and dedication,
the "massaia" (Housewives)
get together and prepare delicious main courses (soups,
stews), and second courses (chicken,
rabbit, and steak)
every day for our guests.
An old local saying tells that:
"At the table.... one does not
grow old!!!"
After dinner we would be happy to invite you to the tavernetta
to taste wine and liqueurs
made from the grapes of our hillsides.
